The conference will be held at the Magelis Campus Le Nil situated on the banks of the Charente river, just a 20 min walk from the train station and within walking distance of the centre of Angoulême.

There are trains direct from Paris CDG Airport (Paris Aéroport Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle) to Angoulême.

Alternatively Air France run a shuttle bus (Le bus direct) between Paris Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Airport and the Gare Montparnasse Train Station (Bus route n° 4) where you can take a train to Angoulême. Transfer time is approximately 70-80 minutes depending on traffic.

There is no direct train from Paris Orly Airport to Angoulême therefore you will need to transfer to the Gare Montparnasse Train Station in the Centre of Paris. Air France run a shuttle bus service (Le bus direct) between Paris Orly and the Gare Montparnasse (Bus route n° 1). Bordeaux airport is situated just south of Angoulême approximately 40 minutes by train.
There is a shuttle bus between Bordeaux Airport and Bordeaux Saint Jean train station. Transfer takes approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic and the cost one-way is approximately 7 euros. Find out more about the shuttle bus here

From Bordeaux Saint Jean Station there are direct trains to Angoulême (TGV) that take approximately 40 minutes or slower trains that stop at several stations (TER) which may take up to 1½ hours. You can book your train ticket here

Poitiers Biard airport is situated just north of Angoulême approximately 40 minutes by train. There is no shuttle bus nor direct bus route between Poitiers Airport and Poitiers train station. Transfer is by taxi and takes approximately 10-15 minutes, and the cost should be approximately 8-10 euros.

Limoges International Airport is situated just east of Angoulême. Train services to Angoulême are very limited with only one slow train and two coaches per day and transfers take approximately 2 hours. You can find train information here

Bus tickets can be purchased from the bus driver (cash only). Price : 1 euro 80 cents. You can also by your tickets online via the application STGA mobile

When travelling by bus be sure to insert your bus ticket in the machines on board the bus to validate it. One machine is usually situated just behind the driver and another further down the bus.

From the train station the bus N° 2 Direction Fléac Rue Nouvelle is the bus that arrives nearest to Le Nil with the least walking. You should get off the bus at the « Seminaire » bus stop (this is the 8th stop, the journey takes approximately 8 minutes).
