Presentation
The University of Poitiers is delighted once again to host the 8th International Child and Teen Consumption Conference from 3-6 April 2018.
Whilst the conference will aim to continue interdisciplinary research and dialogue on various themes related to children and young people as consumers, the theme of the 2018 conference will be « Cultural and Creative Industries of Childhood and Youth » in order to highlight research in this domaine and we invite producers of cultural material to bring their views to the debate.
The CTC conferences are interdisciplinary and we invite contributions from various disciplines: management, psychology, sociology, information, and communication, anthropology, history, educational sciences, law, childhood and cultural studies, etc.
We very much look forward to seeing you in Angoulême.

CTC members are from many, varied disciplines who may have different research interests but who all have a main objective to advance research and increase our knowledge about child and teen consumption issues.
